How It Works

Contact us to arrange a consultation to discuss

your event details and your vision, this can be in

person or on zoom.

We will then provide design advice, show you

the products available and provide a quote

for the selected quantities.

Once agreed, delivery can be arranged

or you may collect from Ledbury yourself

in the days leading up to your event.

-After your event;

Packaging will be provided for you to wrap your

items in and return to us within two days.

Once the items have been returned and checked,

your deposit will be refunded.

Ts & Cs

1.      It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure all information, product hire and quantities stated on quotes & invoices are correct. We will not hold any liability for errors or changes not brought to our attention. All monies must still be paid as per the invoice, with no refund provided due to errors not being brought to our attention in a timely manner. 

2.      All goods remain the property of TUSK collection.

3.     The hirer assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for the goods for the period of hire. No insurance is provided by TUSK collection.

4.     Items may be collected up to three days before the event, please arrange a specific time and day with us prior to collection. Items must be returned within two days after the event, unless otherwise agreed. Extended hire charges will be applied to items not returned within the agreed time frame.

5.     Hire charges are payable even if the items are returned unused.

6.     Payment plus a refundable damage deposit must be made before items are collected.
